New Year/New Me: Women’s Health Series

This five-part series focuses on helping women adopt good habits and make positive changes in their lifestyles.  The series covers five notable influencers that can directly affect a woman’s health and well-being:  sleep, stress, nutrition, exercise, and sexual health.  There is a different seminar every 4th Tuesday of every month.
